Tony is a fully accredited member of the Institute of Education Advisors. www.ioea.co.uk/. Twenty years of successful senior management, followed by three as a MAT Director means Tony is experienced in MAT expansion, specialist schools delivery and teaching and learning. Ofsted trained, Tony led Brunel University School of Education to ‘Outstanding’ results at its last inspection. However, it was the development of colleagues and support for schools rather than inspecting them that motivated Tony and led to him to coaching and the creation of Yearwood Education with partner, Eamonn Whelan.
